Now it’s official: Ecozema has finalized the purchase of the majority of shares in Minimo Impatto, a company based in Rome, among the first to specialise in the online sale of biodegradable and compostable tableware and already Ecozema’s distribution and commercial platform for the centerSouthern Italy.
The objective of the transaction was to increase market presence and consolidate core business and thanks to this the two companies will develop synergies from a logistical and commercial point of view, offering a wider range of products, The speed and capillarity of the distribution network, particularly in the centre-south.
The transaction benefited from the financial and strategic support of a|impact, already present in the share capital of Ecozema with a 30% stake, to support the historic property, the Munarini family, and the CEO and partner Armido Marana.
