The bis cutlery and napkin kit packaged in Mater-Bi® film by Ecozema (reference 80030W) represents an integrated and advanced technical solution for collective catering, food service, takeaway gastronomy, and quick-service dining. Specifically designed to optimize the serving and consumption of food and beverages away from home, the kit combines ease of use, guaranteed hygiene, and compliance with the strictest current European regulations. Each package contains cutlery (fork and spoon) made of Mater-Bi® biopolymer combined with a cellulose wadding napkin, all enclosed in a transparent protective wrapping also made of Mater-Bi® film. The entire structure of the kit, with dimensions of 245x90x15 mm and a total weight of 14.2 grams, ensures optimal performance at operating temperatures between -20°C and +70°C (for a maximum contact time of 120 minutes), making the tableware suitable for the consumption of a wide range of hot or cold dishes. From a regulatory perspective, the product fully complies with food contact suitability requirements established by EU Regulations 1935/2004, 2023/2006, and 10/2011, as well as relevant Italian regulations (DM 21/3/73, DPR 777/1982, and Legislative Decree 152/2020). Furthermore, the biopolymer components comply with the harmonized standard EN 13432 (with OK COMPOST certificate no. S0076 and TUV AUSTRIA certificate no. TA8011400606), which certifies their industrial compostability in dedicated facilities, in full accordance with the circular economy principles promoted by EU Regulation 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR).
